How fast do you reply?
Within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays, in English, French or Spanish. Write on a Friday evening and the reply comes early the following week.
Is PalVivo really free?
Yes. No payment, no limited trial, no card to enter. You're matched with someone learning your language who speaks the one you're learning: each of you gives as much as you get, and that's what makes it free on both sides.
Can I bring PalVivo to my class or my team?
Write to us and pick "I'm with a school, a class or a company" in the form, or email info@palvivo.com. Tell us what you need in particular and we'll see what we can do.
How do I delete my account and my data?
You can do it yourself in the app: open your profile, scroll to the bottom and click "Delete my account". You'll see what goes and what stays, then type the word "delete" to confirm. It happens immediately and there's no way back. If you only need a break, "Pause my account" just above it keeps everything and can be switched off whenever you want.
